Tony, I always enjoy your reflections! Time waits for no one and so we must live each day as if it is our last, right? I must admit that I have been, at times, very stressed out and angry about what is going on in DC but I have resolved to stop watching so much TV news and social media to preserve my emotional well-being. Your life has been full and rich and, although you may have had some rough patches in early adulthood, you have so much to be proud of! Wishing you a glorious summer ahead filled with lazy days at camp, and so much love from your family and friends!

Thanks, Robin! You, of all people, show us how to live in the present, and live life to the fullest. You have made so many lives better, including yours!

Love your writing but mostly love your ability to show optimism and to feel peaceful and calm and resolute. I think of myself that way. I don’t get jostled or harbor foreboding and generally stay positive. Was it Ida’s influence? I’m so thankful that I’m that way and that I don’t wallow in destructive emotions. It’s a talent or genetic?! Anyway i’m jealous that I never got a bus driver to drive me to the top !
